He noticed a worrying trend: as developers grew bigger, their designs became more sterile, their materials cheaper, and their relationship with actual homebuyers became completely disconnected, hidden behind brokers and salespeople.
He founded Iconic Homes to change that. By focusing on a single active development at any given time, he ensures that every pillar cast, every brick laid, and every plumbing line run is inspected by him or his direct site managers. There are no middle-men and no brokerage commissions. You deal direct with the builder.
